Prepare a transport enquiry around the goods and the delivery requirement. ADR Carriers will need to assess the consignment and confirm the service scope before booking.
Describe the goods
For fuels, gases and battery-powered equipment, supply the actual dangerous-goods classification and package details. Give battery condition and configuration rather than assuming standalone and installed batteries have the same classification.
Event logistics and cross-border returns
Provide event access windows, paddock or venue contacts and onward or return destinations. For international movements, agree customs responsibilities and any ferry requirements before the schedule is confirmed.
