Prepare a transport enquiry around the goods and the delivery requirement. ADR Carriers will need to assess the consignment and confirm the service scope before booking.
Describe the goods
For laboratory chemicals or research samples, include the consignor-confirmed classification, package count, quantity and packaging. Describe experimental or prototype materials explicitly rather than assuming the treatment of a standard product applies.
Campus collections and deliveries
Provide the building, department, receiving contact and available delivery hours. Include lifting or handling requirements and explain whether the goods are new supplies, samples or waste.
