Which dangerous goods can be considered?
A class alone does not establish whether a load can be accepted. Supply the UN number, proper shipping name, class or division, packing group where applicable, quantity and packaging. Flammable liquids (Class 3), corrosives (Class 8) and miscellaneous dangerous goods (Class 9) each need assessment against the actual substance and load. Dedicated and time-critical enquiries
For a dedicated ADR courier enquiry, include the collection and delivery windows, package dimensions, gross weight and loading arrangements. Availability, vehicle suitability and the delivery schedule must be confirmed before booking; an urgent request is not a guaranteed collection time.
Road transport and cross-border planning
UK and European movements require the route to be assessed alongside the consignment. A journey involving a ferry needs separate operator acceptance and the relevant maritime documentation. Customs arrangements do not replace dangerous-goods checks.
