Prepare a transport enquiry around the goods and the delivery requirement. ADR Carriers will need to assess the consignment and confirm the service scope before booking.
Describe the goods
For fireworks and stage pyrotechnics, provide the UN number, division, compatibility group and NEQ. For gases or effects chemicals, use the actual product classification rather than the name of the performance effect.
Venue schedules and returns
Explain venue access, rehearsal and performance deadlines, receiving contacts and return-load requirements. Describe unused, damaged or waste products separately; the outward arrangement does not automatically cover a return load.
