Prepare a transport enquiry around the goods and the delivery requirement. ADR Carriers will need to assess the consignment and confirm the service scope before booking.
Describe the goods
Provide the actual classification, quantity and package details for reagents, devices or radioactive material. An industry description does not establish acceptance of infectious substances, controlled drugs, radiopharmaceuticals or waste.
Handling and receiving conditions
Describe any required temperature range, chain-of-custody arrangements and receiving hours. Those service conditions require explicit agreement. For radioactive material, include activity, package type and transport index where applicable.
