Prepare a transport enquiry around the goods and the delivery requirement. ADR Carriers will need to assess the consignment and confirm the service scope before booking.
Describe the goods
For batteries, treatment chemicals and maintenance supplies, send classification, quantity, packaging and any special handling needs. Include the site and project reference without assuming a customer relationship or accreditation.
Restricted access and outage windows
State the delivery window, access procedure, unloading equipment and named receiving contact. If an outage or maintenance deadline is fixed, explain it at the first enquiry so the achievable schedule can be reviewed.
