For recurring dangerous-goods movements, describe your stock profile and delivery pattern to ADR Carriers. The transport and any storage or fulfilment elements need to be agreed against the actual products and operating requirements.
Request a transport assessment
Define the distribution pattern
Provide the goods classification, typical package sizes, quantities, collection points, delivery areas and frequency. Identify timed deliveries, site restrictions and any stock-handling requirements.
Separate storage from transport acceptance
If warehousing, inventory control, pick and pack or temperature control is needed, request confirmation of those arrangements. Vehicle suitability does not establish facility suitability or approval.
Start with a representative consignment
An example load and delivery schedule help the team assess the proposed service without assuming every product in a mixed inventory can be accepted. Agree the scope before a recurring arrangement begins.
Discuss your consignment
Start with the collection, delivery, required date and goods details. If some information is missing, explain what you know so the team can identify the next questions. Acceptance and arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
